friendly staff perfect facilities
the staff was friendly. the room featured perfect facilities as described. check-in was both fast and clear. the breakfast included a decent selection.
the hotel location requires a car or bicycle to get into the city. public transportation options are limited from there. this made exploring without a vehicle difficult.

a mixed experience
friendly staff continental breakfast
the staff were friendly and the complimentary continental breakfast was adequate to start the day.
I had to pay for parking, even though the hotel is right off the motorway. It reminded me of an unnecessary expense given the room rate.

The breakfast was okay.
The room smelled bad. There was NO air conditioning. I found this disappointing. The coffee also tasted terrible. It was undrinkable.

basic stay with some issues
broken machines fridge absence
The fitness room equipment was not in good condition. i found several machines were broken. the room itself lacked a simple amenity i expected. It had no mini fridge. i ended up needing one for medication and felt inconvenienced i could not store anything. this detail definitely impacted my experience. it.
